Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage
invoice processing and improve accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and code invoices and expense reports accurately and
timely
Monitor the Accounts Payable inbox and manage vendor inquiries and
employee expense reports
Collaborate with vendors for e-payment setup and resolve
invoice-related issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, particularly in
accounts payable
Experience with a high volume of invoices in a rapidly growing
company
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and transaction data
reconciliation
Familiarity with accounting software such as Bill.com, Navan, Ramp,
and Netsuite
Ability to perform accounts payable reconciliation for the monthly
close process
