Production Support Reports to: Operations Manager Department:
Production Revision Date: February 23, 2024 . Conrad is a leader in
the interior design industry, specializing in custom ordered,
hand-woven window coverings. Work closely with our customers and
master weavers to create beautiful, unique, and sustainably sourced
custom shades. We strive to consistently exceed our clients'
expectations. . Position: The Production Support position is key to
assisting our Production team. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be
assigned as necessary. Prepare and pack shades for shipping,
including required hardware Process shipments online and track
shipping inquiries Act as backup to shipping department Receive
incoming shipments, both domestic and international Sign for
shipments Unpack and verify packing list information Distribute
items to departments Keep inventory of shipping and packaging
materials Notify purchasing when inventory is low Monitor and keep
inventory of certain key components for Production team Pull items
from inventory and distribute as requested by the Production team
Assist with motor assembly Responsible for prototype shades
Miscellaneous administrative duties as required from time to time
Forklift certification preferred Clean driving record Supervisory
Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual

diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and
comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present
information in one-on-one and small group situations to other
employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add
and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's
and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of US
money, measuring tape, and weight measurement, volume, and
distance. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few
concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands:

position is $21.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental,
