Position type: Full-time Contract to Hire
Duration: 6 Months contract to hire
Location: Emeryville, CA

Hybrid Role - 2 days onsite

As an Inventory Control Supervisor you will:

SUMMARY:

Inventory Control Supervisor role is a temporary role to manage:

--- Inventory data error clearing
--- Coordinate with warehouses to upkeep/improve inventory data accuracy
--- Inventory transactions processing

JOB DUTIES:

--- Serves as the point person for data-related tasks on assigned projects
--- Identify out-of-specs inventory data and provide data in correct format
--- Communicate data corrections to 3PL warehouses
--- Process inventory transactions (e.g. Transfer orders)
--- Warehouse inventory status checks (hold / damaged / expired) and follow-ups
--- Performs other related Inventory duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education

--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

--- Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory control processes and basic reconciliation skills

Skills

--- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge to manage and manipulate large data sets
--- Excellent written communication skills
--- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to details
--- Learn on the fly
--- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative work style.
--- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity - can effectively cope with change and uncertainty
--- Familiarity with Netsuite software is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:$30/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
