This role reports to the AVP of Actuarial.A Day in the Life

• Conduct complex analyses and modeling to support Value-Based contracting initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for specialty care models.
• Lead the development of predictive models and present findings to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide consultation on Value-Based Care from both payer and provider perspectives.
• Engage in negotiations and performance management related to Value-Based contracts.
• Stay updated on CMS specialty care modeling, including Oncology and CKCC, and work with provider intervention specialists (e.g., post-acute intervention / ACSC diversion).
• Perform scenario modeling (deterministic / Monte Carlo) to assess potential outcomes and risks.What You Need
  • ASA or FSA designation
  • 3 years of project/client management experience
  • Experience working with Value-Based Contracting arrangements
  • Experience in leading model development as well as presenting results to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • VBC consultation experience from both the payer and provider side
  • Experience with both negotiation and performance management
  • Familiarity with CMS specialty care modeling (Oncology; CKCC) and/or provider intervention specialists (e.g., post-acute intervention / ACSC diversion)We offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.Here's What We Offer
