• Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
• Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet specific business needs.
• Provide expertise in Insurance Cloud to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our systems.
• Utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex business processes and workflows.
• Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and interface.
• Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between various systems.
• Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SFDC solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SFDC platform.Required Skills:
  • 16+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Expertise in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.
  • Proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration.
  • Strong skills in SFDC Configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance.
  • Nice to have experience in other relevant technologies and tools.
  • Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
