The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a combination of analytical prowess, technical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders across the organization.A Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities

• Analyze datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs
• Create user-friendly reports and dashboards to track business metrics and share with stakeholders
• Build and maintain SQL data models to support business decision-making processes and operational reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
• Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Partner with engineering on event data collection procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Train teams on report and dashboard usage and best practicesAn excellent candidate will exhibit the followingRequired
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related role
• High proficiency with SQL
• Strong skills with Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable wayPreferred
• Experience with BigQuery and Looker
• Experience with a programming language such as Python or R for scripting and ad hoc data analysis
• Experience in the automotive or service industry
