Today, 150 years later, it continues to build upon its legacy of enriching the lives of older adults.Position OverviewThe Financial Analyst II develops analyses, creates reports, gathers information, and maintains records to provide internal and external stakeholders with insights into multiple corporate entities' finances and operations.Essential Job Functions

• Primary analyst driving the budget process for JHRC, Frank Residences and Foundation annual budgets, ensuring accuracy, completion and timeliness.
• Analyze and review monthly budget variances with budget holders, identify drivers and document/follow up on action items. Provide support to budget holders on financial reporting and analyses needs.
• Generate reports and key performance metrics for staffing, including premium hours, position control and productivity reports.
• Manage insurance process for the organization which includes renewal process, maintenance and organization of records, monitoring claims, audit liaison work, performing related budgeting and forecasting tasks, and generating management reports as needed.
• Ensure Prophix database is up to date with staffing related data (payroll, hours, etc.) in synch with payroll cycle for real-time reporting needs.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and gather information in support of corporate initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Required Experience and Abilities
• Advanced analytical skills, performs complex financial modelling, provides actionable insights to business partners and management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Business, Statistics, or Accounting preferred but not required.
• Minimum of five years of finance experience or analysis experience in the healthcare field is required.
• Experience with and knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong technological aptitude including a high level of proficiency with ERP software (Dynamics), Excel, and PowerPoint.
