Duration: 4+ month contract
Rate Range: $30-$40/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven growth marketing contractor to assist with the execution of our paid search campaigns. This hands-on role is focused on monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, launching new experiments, and reporting on key metrics. The ideal candidate has experience managing paid search campaigns, understands key paid marketing metrics, and is comfortable working within predefined strategies and roadmaps.

What you'll do Launch and manage A/B experiments predefined on the marketing roadmap through Q32024.
Manage paid search campaigns and identify optimization opportunities to meet KPIs focused on scalable and efficient user growth.
Track and analyze key paid marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.) and provide insights to key stakeholders.
Launch new campaigns experiments following a structured roadmap and timeline.
Ensure campaigns are running smoothly and identify any technical or performance issues.

Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience managing a complex paid search program (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) with a sizable monthly budget.
Comfortable using tools for optimizing and making bulk campaign changes (Google Ads Editor, Channable, etc.)
Understanding of key paid marketing metrics and their impact on performance.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign optimization techniques on Search and PMAX.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
AB testing knowledge and experience
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
