Lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology.
Provide hands-on lead role and Project Management.
Handle work independently by collaborating closely with the HR Business team.
Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements, and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes, and enhancements.
Create configuration documentation throughout the development process.
Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new requirements.
