  • Maintain requirements set forth by the BACB and State of California Board of Psychology
  • Attend trainings as required by the Directors
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; must be able to bend, stretch, reach, twist, walk, run, and stand for extended periods.What You'll Be Doing
    • Attend regularly scheduled staff and IEP meetings
    • 75% of time in direct interactions with staff and students, 25% for all other tasks
    • Coaching and training classroom staff
    • Supervise data collection, create data sheets, evaluate data regularly
    • Completing functional behavioral assessments when necessary
    • Develop behavior plans and protocols
    • Assist in staff training on behavior plans and protocols
    • Develop behavior and social IEP goals in compliance with the IEP timeline
    • Report progress on goals and provide graphs for behavior goals to classroom teacher
    • Develop data sheets for behavior, social, or VB goals
    • Collect, graph, and interpret behavior data
    • Assist in conducting assessments
    • Develop goals that adhere to insurance regulations and submit insurance reports in a timely manner
    • Regularly update students' data books
    • Complete staff performance reviews
    • Provide crisis intervention as needed
    • Complete and review incident reports
    • Maintain communication with other professionals as directed
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors
