Position Overview:
Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base. - -

• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics -

• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures - -
  
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures -

• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations

  Salary$19.50 USD per hourRequired Skills
  
  Minimum 21 years of age
  High school diploma - -
  Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability - -
  Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. - -
  All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs -
