looking for additional team members who are professional and
friendly. People who are thoughtful, enjoy interacting with
clients, and like to learn new things. As a member of the Adobe
Client Services Team, you will have a unique experience that you
won't find in other client service positions.
Adobe is unlike other veterinary hospitals for many reasons, and
one of them is our Open Hospital policy. Being an Open Hospital
allows our clients to stay with their pet for every step of their
visit with us. This creates a unique environment to showcase your
client service skills while giving you an opportunity to gain
veterinary knowledge.---Previous veterinary experience can be
helpful, but if you love animals and want to help them and their
owners, we can provide the training you need.

Job Location:
* Los Altos
Hours:
* Full Time- 40 hours a week
* Client Services is open Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm, and 8am-7pm on
Sundays
* Shifts available between the hours of 6:30am-7pm
* We offer 8 or 10 hour shifts
Compensation:
* Base wage starts at $21.75-$24.00/hr. including differentials,
see below
Available Differentials:
* 40-Hour Work Week: additional $2.25/hr. if you work 40 hours a
week
* Weekend shift: additional $3/hr. for any weekend shifts
worked
Client Service Responsibilities
* Provide warm, friendly client service.
* Interact with clients in person and on the phone.
* Check clients in for scheduled appointments and walk-in
emergencies.
* Payment processing.
* Efficiently answer high volume of phone calls on multi-line phone
system.
* Schedule Doctor and Technician appointments for both hospital
locations.
* Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and
attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a complex work environment where your team
is handling many tasks at once.

Requirements
* 18-years old or older
* High school diploma or GED
* 2+ years customer service experience
* Fluent in English (written and oral)
* Basic computer skills
* Must be able to lift or move 40lbs by yourself
* Background check and 3 professional references are required when
offered a position
* Comfortable around animals, clients, and medical procedures
* Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and feel using
hands and arms on a regular and consistent basis, sitting and
standing for long periods of time
* 1 weekend day per week, either Saturday or Sunday
* 2-3 holidays per year. Holidays are assigned at the beginning of
the year or after completing your training period.
