Senior Product Manager for our compliance domain with a strong
focus on AI-driven solutions for financial services cloud. In this
role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation
to execution to automate financial services jobs to be done, to
deliver outstanding user experiences for financial services persona
and to deliver strong operational performance. You will collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and
other stakeholders to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI products
tailored for the unique challenges of the financial services
industry.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing
and delivering complex AI products, a deep understanding of
financial services operations or insurance organizations, and the
ability to align product strategies with organizational goals.Key
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions
in Financial Services/Insurance domains, ensuring alignment with
business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and
opportunities for AI-driven innovation within compliance (or other
sub domains as needed) in the financial services organization.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed
product specifications and actionable deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development
lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of
milestones.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in AI,
financial services industry, and insurance industries use this
knowledge to inform product strategy.
- Act as a key liaison between business, technical teams, and
external partners to ensure clear communication and
alignment.Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven
track record of delivering complex technology products, preferably
in mobile, AI and/or financial services/insurance domains.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related
fields and/or experience in related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine
learning, and their applications in operational settings. Strong
understanding of CRM applications, Rules Engines, Pricing
Applications etc.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including
engineering, design, and data science.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical
audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive
product decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with field service management tools, workflows, and

position is $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as
location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
