You have found the right team.As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients. You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy while developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams.Job Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
  • Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizations.
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Certified Treasury Professional designation.
