QTS Global, a leading IT Services firm in the US and APAC is in
urgent need of an IT Support Engineer in the San Francisco Bay
Area.

The T1 Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and
upgrading the computer systems and networks. The day-to-day
responsibilities will include installing and configuring computer
systems, diagnosing both hardware and software faults. The IT
Support T1 will oversee the smooth running of computer systems,
peripherals and applications such as Microsoft O365 ensuring that
users get maximum usage from them. Strong knowledge in Mac OSX and
at least 3 years experience in End User Support with excellent
customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
8-hour shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person on site job
