CI/CD and Pipeline Management: Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable development workflows.Logging, Monitoring, and Observability: Design and manage logging, monitoring, and observability solutions, including automated alerting, to ensure system reliability and enable prompt incident response.Cloud Integration and Management: Integrate and manage cloud-native applications within an AWS infrastructure, leveraging advanced AWS services to enhance performance and scalability.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to support and enhance software throughout its lifecycle.Infrastructure and Policy Tuning: Conduct regular audits and adjust infrastructure and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, scalability, and seamless integration within existing systems.Security Policy Management: Define, implement, and enforce infrastructure security policies.Recruitment & Delegation: Possess the autonomy to recruit and delegate tasks as needed to meet both project and organizational goals.Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Advanced experience with AWS services for storage, computation, event processing, messaging, data processing, and analytics, following the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with Docker Containers and GitHub Actions, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and application deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud data integration.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
• Experience in defining and managing security policies with a focus on infrastructure security.
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices, including logging, monitoring, and automated alerting.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and problem-solving attitude.
