They specialize in multifamily market rate & student housing projects. Having recently secured funding for a number of student housing projects, they currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join the team to support a project based in Berkley, California.Your new roleAs the successful Senior Project Engineer supporting wood-frame student housing projects, your key task will be to support the Project Management team to manage specific field tasks overseeing subcontractors and vendors as well as paperwork tasks such as processing RFIs, submittals & change orders.What you'll need to succeedThe position requires at least 3-4 years of construction experience with ideally some multifamily projects. A wooden structured background is most attractive.
