Key Responsibilities
Identify and execute business strategies to drive growth and
evaluate existing partnerships
Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for
strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth and
strategy efforts
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence,
strategy, or high-growth operations
Marketplace or proptech experience is a plus
Strong analytical and operational skills with exceptional Excel and
data analysis capabilities
Experience in partnership management and understanding of data
integrations
Proven track record of executing business strategies and driving
growth
