Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to organize and
coordinate programs while providing strategic guidance to teams and
project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project execution, timelines, resource coordination, and
stakeholder communication
Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects while
coordinating cross-project activities
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff, ensuring
efficient strategies and timely results
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a managerial
position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and
methods
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management
principles
BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a
plus
