(operational offerings, technology and digital capabilities), this
team member will work to streamline processes, enhance
productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This
aligns to the Branch and Small Business Banking priority to
modernize by specifically "leveraging innovative digital tools and
resources."Essential Functions
- Manage technology and operations projects impacting frontline
colleagues from inception to post implementation including
overseeing new and existing tools & equipment, along with
performance metrics/monitoring.
- Champion continuous improvement by providing recommendations to
streamline workflows for customer-facing roles and synthesizing
field feedback into actionable solutions.
- Be the voice of the field and represent Branch and Small
Business Banking with numerous partners across the
organization.
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
that summarize complex projects into easily digestible insights and
action items.
- Drive innovation and out of the box thinking by leading pilots,
experiments, and iterative improvements that allow teams to quickly
adapt to emerging opportunities and challenges.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 or more years of banking or other relevant
experience.Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed strategic management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Banking and financial services industry
knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of
engaging stakeholders and synthesizing complex information in a
manner that influences and drives decisions.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving
skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with proven ability to
drive change through others.
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.
- Ability to influence the execution of specialized projects and
to adapt precedent and make significant departures from traditional
approaches to develop innovative solutions.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, become
fluent at new tasks quickly, and routinely act with a sense of
urgency.
- Branch operations or financial services technology experience a
