Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Creative Director (Art) for Inizio Evoke. As a CD/Art, you are a conceptual leader, assigned to lead one large or a collection of smaller accounts with a CD/Copy partner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the creative output to meet our clients' strategies and objectives. As a CD/Art, you are expected to understand and contribute to both the copy and the visual expression of the ideas your team puts forth. This role can be hybrid in San Francisco or fully remote and reports to the SVP, Group Creative Director. You must be able to work West Coast hours.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptual leader who sets and consistently raises the bar for content development
• Work collaboratively with others to help solve problems
• Remain constantly aware of new developments within the industry to better service assigned clients
• Create campaigns that live above one channel and guide the execution of tactics tailored to each
• Understand the "big picture" and use that knowledge to strategically guide the programs of work assigned. Support planning and strategy in the development of creative or project briefs
• Lead the development and evolution of a brand style guide, acting as brand steward
• A true performer. Can draw their audience in and let them feel the energy of an idea
• Manage direct reports; ensure they are following agency processes and direct teams to deliver excellence
• Develop creative and managerial skills of direct and skip level reports
• Major presence in pitches, from creating to managing to presenting
• Understand proposed budgets/staffingAbout You:You have an organized approach to work and appreciate working in an entrepreneurial environment. You have a sense of humor, bring out the best in others, and are constantly growing. While process is important, you are not beholden to systems and are most concerned with providing the client with terrific solutions.What you'll bring:
  • 10 years of experience in marketing/advertising communications on a full range of tactics
  • 4+ years management experience
  • An understanding of the drug development and commercialization process
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
