We're backed by a16z, Greylock, Elad Gil, Basecase, and leading CEOs/founders.About the roleWe are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build and optimize the infrastructure that powers our GTM function. This role requires someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, driving efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a critical role in shaping our sales territories, implementing compensation plans, and ensuring HubSpot is set up to track pipeline metrics effectively. You'll create accountability and operational excellence across our GTM teams.What you'll do

  • Own all things HubSpot, including setup, optimization, and integration to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and manage sales territories to ensure equitable distribution and maximize performance.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline metrics, providing visibility into deal progress and sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze core metrics such as pipeline health, customer retention, and win rates, offering insights that drive strategy.
  • Build user-friendly tools in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms that enable self-serve data access and analysis.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and revenue processes, implementing solutions that improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Own the calculation and execution of commission payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop robust data pipelines and integrations to maintain data integrity across revenue operations.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.Ideal candidate credentials
    • 3-5 years of experience working with GTM and product teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • Experience with HubSpot, including configuration, reporting, and automation.
    • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, with advanced proficiency in data modeling, pivot tables, and formulas.
    • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to access, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
    • Ability to translate open-ended questions into clear, data-driven insights that impact strategy.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across teams.
