UHNWI Tax Manager - San Francisco, CA - In-office with future hybridBase Compensation: $160-240k DOEOur primary focus has been high net worth individuals and their corporations, their related tax challenges, tax planning and tax preparation."We are a group of talented individuals with a passion for finding creative solutions that effectively and efficiently meet our client expectations."Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-savings opportunities.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax-related matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax Associates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:
• Bachelors/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
• CPA certification a must.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in individual and corporate taxes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
