seeking talented and highly motivated Senior Program Manager, PMO
Process to help build our Compounding-Operations PMO. As a Senior
Project Manager, you will work closely with many cross-functional
teams to audit, engineer, and deliver strategic tools, processes,
and procedures to support a fast-growing and high-functioning group
of project managers overseeing a variety of verticals supporting a
fast-paced, quickly-growing company.The right person for this role
is highly self-motivated, obsessed with project management and
process, and loves solving problems. This person must be highly
organized, well-versed in project management methodologies,
experienced building and working in PMOs of medium and large-sized
companies, and is energized by developing scalable solutions.You
Will:
- Become deeply engrained in all facets of the Ops organization
and the many cross-functional teams it works with for new product
development, product launch readiness, and compounding pharmacy
quality initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders across many teams to understand the
detailed functions across the Ops and other cross-functional
teams.
- Clearly document and communicate business objectives,
opportunities, and solutions.
- Lead strategic and tactical discussions with Sr. Director and
Director levels to best understand the facets and needs of the
business and future process improvements.
- Perform a detailed review of current processes, tools, and
documentation used to guide our many complex, varied programs
across the ops organization.
- Drive the creation and implementation of a resource allocation
and resource management tool to be used across the operations
organization.
- Develop recommendations that fill gaps and help guide a
scalable PMO organization to support the needs of the business
short, medium, and long term.
- Roll out the approved recommendations, including new tools,
processes, procedures, documentation, trackers, etc. to provide our
project and program managers highly functioning toolkits for
success.
- Develop training documents and lead trainings to roll out new
tools and processes.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence of new processes and
tools, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimizations long
term.You Have:
- 8+ years of project or program management or consulting
experience.
- 5+ years of experience building processes for medium and large
companies.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum master, and/or Agile.
- Experiences in PMO, project management, PMP, Scrum master,
creating and grooming backlog, sprint reporting or related fields
in medium and large companies.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent preferably in Business
Administration, Healthcare administration/management, or related
field. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in
the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong visual presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to facilities in
California, Arizona, and Ohio.Our Benefits:

- This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD)
and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn
for the length of working with these drugs. These items would
include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as
required.
- This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory
protection in the form of negative or positive pressure
respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered
Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
- Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to,
walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time,
squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80%
of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up
to 50lbs.
- Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or
compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD), associates must be
willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks
(teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of
