This role focuses on developing and executing territory and account strategies to expand market share while deepening relationships with key strategic accounts.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing accounts
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry engagement
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Negotiate contracts and present compelling business cases to stakeholdersQualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience, preferably in automation, metrology, or capital equipment
  • Proven track record in prospecting and growing new leads and territories
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions and managing high-value accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
