You will take charge of financial performance, drive strategic initiatives, and inspire teams to exceed expectations while upholding company values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.In this role, you will:Leadership and Team Management:

  • Inspire, mentor, and empower a team of managers and employees to excel.
  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance support to maximize team potential.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the workplace.Operational Excellence:
    • Serve as a role model for company values, setting operational excellence standards.
    • Optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and superior service delivery.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement best practices to streamline processes and boost productivity.
    • Develop and execute robust financial strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
    • Monitor key financial metrics, proactively addressing performance gaps and opportunities.
    • Manage budgets with precision, balancing cost-effectiveness with revenue growth.Strategic Planning:
      • Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive business expansion.
      • Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
      • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to maintain a market advantage.Customer Relations:
        • Champion an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
        • Address and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
        • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Other Responsibilities:
          • Lead recruitment efforts, hiring and training top talent to strengthen the team.
          • Conduct performance evaluations, offering actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
          • Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Education:
            • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Travel:
              • Regular travel between locations should be expected.Experience & Skills:
                • Minimum of five years in a managerial or supervisory role.
                • Previous experience in the rental car industry or a related field is highly preferred.
                • Strong ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
                • Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
                • Experience leading multi-location operations with a focus on performance improvement.
