International Airport (SFO), San Jose International Airport (SJC),
and Oakland International Airport (OAK).As an Area General Manager,
you will be at the forefront of business growth, ensuring

and high performance. You will take charge of financial
performance, drive strategic initiatives, and inspire teams to

outstanding customer experiences.In this role, you will:Leadership
and Team Management:
- Inspire, mentor, and empower a team of managers and employees
to excel.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance support
to maximize team potential.

- Serve as a role model for company values, setting operational

- Develop and execute robust financial strategies to achieve and

with revenue growth.Strategic Planning:
- Design and implement forward-thinking strategies to drive
business expansion.
- Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on growth
opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to
maintain a market advantage.Customer Relations:
- Champion an exceptional customer experience, ensuring high
satisfaction levels.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with speed and
professionalism.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners,
and key stakeholders.Other Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts, hiring and training top talent to
strengthen the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offering actionable feedback
for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, company
policies, and industry standards.Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.Travel:
- Regular travel between locations should be expected.Experience
& Skills:
- Minimum of five years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Previous experience in the rental car industry or a related
field is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and implement strategic business
plans.
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and
revenue optimization.
- Experience leading multi-location operations with a focus on
performance improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to
