lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doWe are looking for a Lead
Product Manager - Finance & HR, with expertise in Oracle and
Workday ideally in a SaaS company. You will play a key role in
defining Product requirements, work with Business/engineering to
enable the key capabilities required for Docusign. You will work
cross-functionally with engineering, HR, finance, and customer
success teams to develop and execute a product strategy that aligns
with business goals.This position is an individual contributor role
reporting to the Sr. Director, Application Product
Management.Responsibility
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Finance and HR
solutions, aligning with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on
stakeholder needs and industry trends.
- Ensure seamless integration between financial planning,
workforce analytics, and HR technology platforms.
- Define and manage product requirements, collaborating with
developers, UX designers, and business teams.
- Oversee system implementations and upgrades for ERP, HCM, and
EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM and Workday).
- Enhance automation and efficiency in financial planning,
workforce analytics, and HR processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of new product features,
ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather business
requirements and translate them into product features.
- Work with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless
integration of financial and HR data.
- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to
leadership and key stakeholders.
- Leverage financial analytics, workforce data, and HR insights
to drive business decisions.
- Improve reporting, forecasting, and planning capabilities by
integrating advanced analytics tools.
- Identify and implement AI/ML-driven Process automation in HR
and Finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, labor laws, and
data security standards.Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides
their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office
location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary
by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).Positions at
Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid
or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job
designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within

law.What you bringBasic
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources,
Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, HR Tech,
Financial Systems, or Enterprise Applications.
- Experience with financial planning, workforce planning,
payroll, and HR processes.
- Experience with EPM and HCM platforms such as Oracle EPM,
Workday, SAP, Anaplan, or similar systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical product
requirements.
- Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.Preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile product development and SaaS
implementations.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in Finance and HR
technology.
- MBA, PMP, or relevant HR/Finance certifications (e.g., CPA,
SHRM).Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number
of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable
legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following
locations:California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary.This
role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay
dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is
calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on
company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units
(RSUs). provide options for the following:
