Technical Product Manager to lead our core eSign APIs [Envelope &
embedded experiences]. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to shape and enhance our eSign API product offerings, while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
(Maestro/Extensibility/DevCenter) to create low-code to no-code
eSign experiences for our IAM customers. We are looking for a
motivated and visionary PM who understands developers and can build
experiences to help businesses/partners easily bring Docusign
experiences into their processes and systems. If you are a

contributor role reporting to the Lead Technical Product
Manager.Responsibility
- Define and drive the product strategy for improving and
increasing the adoption of core eSign APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Maestro/Extensibility/DevCenter) to define and prioritize features
enabling eSign experiences in the IAM platform
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to find
opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Create modular eSign experiences that can be reused in the IAM
platform using technical and systems knowledge
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product
requirements are clearly defined and understood
- Define and track OKRs to measure the health/status/success of
the product and make data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with many internal/external partners with direct
access to cross functional leaders of the P&T teams
- Monitor/analyze competitive landscape to identify potential
threats/opportunities and incorporate a data backed experiment
driven approach to realize positive outcomes
- Mentor and coach junior product managers across teams on
product management best practices
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create product
positioning for developer products
- Identify and resolve potential product issues and customer pain
points proactivelyWhat you bringBasic
- 5+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience building public facing APIs and developer
experiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management,
Design, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and
Customer SupportPreferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to align
strategy, customer need, research, data and industry trends
- Excellent written communication skills including authoring
effective product requirement documents
- Excellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both
technical and non-technical audiences to create shared
understanding, resolve conflict, and obtain actionable
consensusWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a
number of factors including geographic location and may vary
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on
applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the
following locations:California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base
salaryWashington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro
area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salaryThis role is also
eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay
dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is
calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on
company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units
