You have 5+ years of previous administrative experience
supporting a C-suite member in a high-growth organization. You want
to be a key member of a strategic partnership that requires
thoughtfulness, confidentiality, and a relentless bias for

and values not only matter, but they matter most.What you will be
doing at Generate Capital as the Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Provide high-touch administrative support for members of our
CEO through all modes of communication with internal and external
stakeholders including investors, business partners, and the rest
of the Executive Team.
- Cultivate relationships throughout the company, helping
facilitate communication between the Executive Team and the wider
company, all the while maintaining tact and discretion.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic work environments; agility and
flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.
- Heavy scheduling and ability to independently and efficiently
own Executives' calendars.
- Be a gatekeeper and gateway while remaining unflappable,
diplomatic, and approachable.
- Quickly arrange travel, both domestic and international, and be
able to change it in a heartbeat.
- Help keep the executives you support organized: making sure
they are where they need to be, anticipating their needs, and
reducing their cognitive load wherever possible.
- Assist the administrative team with event planning, special
projects, and various administrative tasks.
- Own important projects that require creativity, leadership, and
a willingness to figure it out.
- Exercise impeccable judgment, showing great attention to
details and particular preferences.
- Role-model the Generate Code without compromise.Candidate
qualifications & core characteristics:
- A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6-8 years of executive-level
administrative support, specifically in a fast-paced
environment.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire
new competencies and accept new challenges.
- Strong technical competency, specifically with MS Office Suite,
including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, organizational, and detailed
planning skills with the ability to work on multiple objectives
with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in
handling confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and self-management capability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional
team.
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal
instruction.
- Experience in a high-growth company is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including
empathy, intuition, and listening, as well as strong writing,
editing, and basic design skills.
- High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement
about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges.
- Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity;
problem-solving is your default mode.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility, comfort with risk,
recognition that "perfect can be the enemy of the good."Generate's
compensation packages are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case. Salary decisions take into account a wide variety of
factors including, but not limited to: skill sets, experience and
training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and
other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of
the base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. In
addition, the compensation package may include a discretionary
bonus and other benefits, including health care benefits,
retirement benefits, benefits permitting paid days off (including
sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off or vacation
benefits), and other benefits that must be reported for federal tax
purposes. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the
