  • Design for delight: Develop sleek and intuitive user interfaces for Wispr Flow's evolving technologies & products.
  • Architect for scalability and performance: Scope and lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
  • Own the product vision: Define and drive the product strategy across web and desktop, ensuring excellence in performance and usability.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the founders and designers to push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Build for scale: Architect fast, reliable, and scalable front-end systems that handle massive audiences effortlessly.Who you are
    • Knowledgeable about design patterns & strong intuition for UI / UX flows.
    • Take pride in getting the details right and operate from empathy.
    • Passionate about prototyping and creating accessible experiences.
    • Experience with cloud-based software development across the full stack.
    • Have a voracious and intrinsic desire to learn and fill in missing skills. An equally strong talent for sharing that information clearly and concisely with others.
    • Thrive in a customer-focused, tight-knit and cross-functional environment.
    • Expertise in Python and TypeScript / JavaScript (2+ years).
    • Familiar with the quirks and qualities of CSS.
    • Love to build (we don't have requirements for any academic degree).
    • Big plus if deeply familiar with: Electron, Redux, Webpack, NextJS, Figma, AWS, FastAPI, CI/CD pipelines, ML deployments, async programming, low level systems.What we provide
