that values its people.What you'll be doingA day in the life of HR
Coordinator will find you doing high volumes of team member
interactions and frequently solving these types of problems:
- Employee Records and Data Management, maintaining accurate and
up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity
and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Systems Maintenance, managing HRIS system updates and
troubleshoot system issues, working with internal teams and
external vendors to ensure smooth operation and accurate
reporting.
- New Hire Onboarding, coordinating all aspects of the onboarding
process including setting up system access, scheduling orientation
sessions, and communicating proactively with new hires to help
ensure a seamless start with the organization.The primary
responsibilities for our next HR Coordinator will be to:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS systems
(Rippling and Workday), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage data entry and system updates for employee changes,
including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact in HR for system
troubleshooting and support.
- Complete Verification of Employment (VOE) requests for team
members.
- Generate and distribute HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and
consistency.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including I-9
verification, system access setup, and other pre-work before
starting with the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment
regulations in maintaining employee data and records.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to
employee lifecycle events, such as benefits enrollment and
performance reviews.
- Assist with audit preparation by ensuring all employee files
and records are up-to-date and compliant.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires
have the necessary tools and access from day one.
- Track and monitor completion of onboarding tasks and follow up
with stakeholders as needed.At Fieldwire, we're looking for our
next HR Coordinator to have the following skills and experiences:
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR administrative roles.
- Attention to detail, with demonstrated organizational skills to
maintain precise employee records and system data.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g. Workday and Rippling) for
data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact
effectively with teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to
prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in identifying issues, resolving system errors, and
streamlining processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with
discretion and professionalism.
- Customer centric mindset and positive attitude to provide a

- Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization,
configuring workflows and processes to streamline data entry and
reporting.
- Extensive experience using DocuSign for employee communications
and change forms.
- Experience developing engaging training materials or guides for
HR systems and onboarding processes.Compensation:The estimated pay
ranges for this role are as follows: $70,000 - $80,000. The salary
range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this
job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of
factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In
addition to the salary you may be eligible for an annual corporate

based in San Francisco, California. Our headquarters are based in
