Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in
architecting, developing, and optimizing Salesforce and CPQ
solutions that support our business goals. Leveraging your
extensive Salesforce expertise, you will design scalable,
high-performance applications while mentoring team members and
collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative
solutions.What you'll do
- Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions considering
impact analysis, ensuring scalability, performance, data integrity
and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce
tools.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product
configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, QCP and approval
processes.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system
reliability and performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and
translate them into technical designs.
- Serve as a technical mentor for junior developers, conducting
code reviews and sharing best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed technical design documents (TDDs),
including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and
integration designs, to support efficient development and future
scalability.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry
trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and
streamline business processes.
- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, including
naming conventions, coding standards, and documentation.Who you
areExperience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
CPQ.Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
(LWC), and SOQL.
- Proficient in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security
configurations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs,
middleware tools).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g.,
Git, Copado).Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication to be able to handle technical and
functional audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.Airtable is an

is: $148,000 - $222,600 USD.
