Backed by top-tier VC firm Accel, the company is well-funded with years of runway and is already generating revenue.What You Will DoAs a Software Engineer, you will help drive product direction and build features end-to-end for the fleet operations platform. You'll participate in customer conversations and have significant input into the features built and how they're implemented. The functionality, user experience, speed, and reliability of the product are top selling points, making your work directly tied to customer value.Example projects in your first three months may include:

• Developing an end-to-end payments solution to streamline charging payments at semi-private fleet depots
• Optimizing algorithms to automatically adjust charger power output based on vehicle schedules, utility costs, and battery/solar systems
• Building interactive, real-time visualizations enabling fleet operators to quickly identify charging issues or adjust schedulesIdeal Candidate Background
  • 2-5 years of experience as a full-stack software developer, preferably at an early-stage startup or SaaS company
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience building scalable, reliable systems and user-friendly interfaces
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in the clean energy transitionPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience with real-time data visualization
    • Knowledge of payment processing systems
    • Background in algorithm optimization
