About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant, you will support the
Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience and the broader
GTM executive team. In this critical role, you will enhance
productivity, ensure time is focused on top priorities, and
contribute to the team's smooth operation.You'll anticipate the
needs of the executives you support, staying one step ahead while
maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity,
and professionalism. This role requires exceptional organizational
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
high-priority requests in a dynamic environment.*This hybrid
position is based in San Francisco*Responsibilities
- Thoughtfully prioritize and manage the schedules of Sales,
RevOps, and Customer Success executives, ensuring their time is
focused on high-impact matters.
- Handle high-volume calendaring, including coordinating
appointments, managing conflicts, and accommodating personal
commitments.
- Keep executives informed of upcoming responsibilities,
proactively communicating schedule changes.
- Prepare agendas, gather reports, and ensure readiness for
meetings like forecast reviews, pipeline calls, and strategy
sessions.
- Coordinate and take a leading role in company All Hands
meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, including presentations,
communications, and board reports.
- Organize and execute key events such as Revenue Kickoff (RKO),
President's Club, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and team
offsites.
- Support in-person GTM events and logistics in San Francisco as
needed.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including
accommodations and transportation.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and manage reimbursements.
- Handle sensitive information related to sales strategies,
client relationships, and team dynamics with the utmost
confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and
external contacts.
- Act as an advocate for Mixpanel's culture, helping to promote
and develop company values.
- Take on special projects as needed to support the GTM

decisions independently.Experience & Skills:
- Multiple years of experience supporting executives in
fast-paced technology companies, with excellent references.
- Proven experience with heavy calendaring for senior
executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity
with Notion, Slack, and Accrualify is a plus.
- Background in a startup or hyper-growth tech environment is
highly valued.
