Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reuse Supervisor (Polish
speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 8 internal
employees (translators & modification writers)
Approve and assign content ideas while validating previews and
headlines for engagement and editorial standards
Monitor workflow, distribute tasks using Asana, and provide
feedback to improve content creation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in content supervision, editorial leadership, or
similar roles
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative
team
Deep understanding of viral content trends and user engagement
strategies
Experience with task management tools (Asana) and a structured
workflow approach
Flexibility and adaptability to adjust processes based on content
performance
