meaningful impact on the world.About the RoleAs a Senior UX
Researcher at Innovaccer, you will operate as a highly autonomous
research leader, driving initiatives, identifying opportunities,
and turning insights into action. This role is ideal for someone
who thrives in a self-directed environment, defining their own
success criteria while solving complex, high-impact research
problems. You'll shape and define long-term research strategies
aligning business goals and customer needs, and lead initiatives
for multiple product areas.You will take on high-profile, complex
research projects that elevate our understanding of user behavior,
pushing teams to refine product strategies based on deep
qualitative insights. You'll work with executives and leadership
teams to align research priorities with broader business
objectives, ensuring research supports company-wide goals. You'll
partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to ensure
research strategy aligns with broader market opportunities and
ultimately influence product decisions.In this role, you'll stay at
the forefront of emerging research methodologies related to AI and
machine learning to drive innovation. Additionally, you'll
cultivate a culture of research excellence, mentoring teams, and
sharing a vision that enhances both product quality and
organizational development.A Day in the Life
- Shape and define long-term research strategies influencing
multiple product areas.
- Drive self-directed research to uncover new opportunities,
translating qualitative insights into actionable research
strategies and initiatives.
- Lead through influence by presenting qualitative research
insights and findings, gaining buy-in from product teams, and
helping them prioritize user-centered design and solutions within
their roadmaps.
- Tackle high-profile, complex research projects, pushing
boundaries of understanding.
- Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to maximize
user satisfaction and business impact.
- Collaborate with executives and leadership teams to align
research initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring that
user insights support company-wide objectives.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to
ensure research insights align with broader market opportunities
and business priorities.
- Stay ahead of emerging research technologies such as AI and
machine learning, integrating them into research
methodologies.
- Mentor and support other team members by sharing knowledge,
providing feedback, and fostering a strong research culture.What
You Need
- 7+ years of experience in UX research, with proven success in
leading self-directed, high-impact research initiatives.
- Expertise in shaping long-term research strategies that align
with business goals and influence multiple product areas.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in qualitative research
methodologies and influencing product roadmaps to prioritize
user-centered design solutions.
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology,
Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent professional
experience (a postgraduate degree is preferred).
- Strong experience in qualitative research, data analysis, and
integrating insights into actionable recommendations for design
teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI and machine
learning and experience integrating them into research
strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead without formal
authority.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working
closely with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless
