Team:Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to bringing in top
talent that aligns with our mission to revolutionize learning
through technology. We operate with a high level of collaboration
and ownership, constantly striving to enhance the candidate
experience and support the company's growth objectives. As a member
of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Quizlet's future
by identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional individuals
who share our passion for education and innovation.We're happy to
share that this is an onsite position. To help foster team
collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum
of three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and as
needed by your manager or the company. We believe that this working
environment facilitates increased work efficiency, team
partnership, and supports growth as an employee and organization.In
this role, you will:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely
communication, scheduling Google Meet interviews, and facilitating
panel interviews
- Quickly problem-solve last-minute issues that come up while
coming up with a longer-term solution
- Maintain data integrity in Lever (our applicant tracking
system)
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring
managers to understand open roles and funnel candidates through the
process
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing projects such
as DEI efforts, employer branding, inbound resume screening,
sourcing candidates, etc.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while
maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

- At least one year working on a people or talent team in a
fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with an ATS (Lever preferred)
- Proven administrative skills, high attention to detail, and
success in managing complex scheduling
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all
your work
- Passion for education and/or doing good in the world - you're
excited about the impact your work could have in the lives of
students and teachers every single day
- Energized by a dynamic workplace, juggling multiple tasks with
ease while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Experience partnering with various stakeholders to ensure
seamless execution of recruiting activities

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a
starting base salary of $87,000 - $115,000, depending on location
and experience, as well as company stock options
