What You'll Be Doing:

Architect and design end-to-end BI solutions by turning complex business needs into elegant, technical strategies.
Develop powerful data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, and other top-tier tools.
Leverage your skills in data warehousing and modeling to create scalable, high-performance systems.
Drive insights for the banking, wealth management, capital markets, and investment management domains.
Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and analyze large, diverse datasets.
Lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and mentor others in BI best practices.
Design intuitive wireframes/mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or open-source alternatives.
Standardize BI visualizations by developing best practice documentation and guidelines.
Guide teams in performance optimization, from query tuning to data model and dashboard efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, and other BI tools.
Expertise in SQL and querying large datasets.
Strong grasp of data modeling and data warehouse design.
Deep understanding of financial services workflows and compliance requirements.
Great communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in collaborative settings.
Experience managing and mentoring in fast-paced, agile teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Bonus: Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO are highly desirable!
