requirements.The OpportunityAs an Airbyte Solution Architect, you
will have a unique opportunity to elevate your career and make an
immediate impact in the rapidly growing data infrastructure sector.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping customers
implement and adopt our products while serving as their advocate
within the company. This includes collaborating with Go-to-Market
(GTM), Product, and Engineering teams to refine and enhance the
onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise
customers. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams
to support both sales and post-sales efforts, driving improved
qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher levels of customer
satisfaction and retention. Joining us at this stage means you'll
be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding Series B startup,
with significant opportunities for professional growth and
advancement.What You'll Do:Technical Implementation:
- Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects,
including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions,
while ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best
practices.
- Guide customers throughout their customer journey by leveraging
your technical expertise and stepping in with hands-on support when
needed.Client Engagement:
- Work directly with clients' technical teams to understand their
needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage technical success by collaborating with Airbyte's
technical support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues
and deliver new features.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive potential growth
opportunities with customers.
- Act as the internal source of truth for customer technical
requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.Advocacy and
Evangelism:
- Demonstrate the use and best practices of Airbyte's offering to
clients and at industry events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador promoting the organization's
mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.What
You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role,
such as resident solutions architect, professional services
engineer, or consulting role.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in
modern data infrastructure, including cloud applications,
databases, ELT tools, data warehouses or related fields. (Startup
Implementation experience is a bonus)
- Working knowledge in Kubernetes and Terraform. (Strong
understanding of DevSecOps methodologies as a plus)
- Ability to write and maintain code in at least two modern
scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, Bash Scripting) or
popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, Go).
- Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact
business productivity.
- Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on delivering
seamless onboarding and ongoing technical success.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.SF Bay Area;
hybrid 3 days per week in San Francisco office.Compensation:For
this job - $173,000 + $43,000 Variable + a generous equity package,
