As recognized by the DivHERsity Awards, we are one of the top 20 diversity companies in the world, while the Economics Times names us as one of the Top Organizations for Women.About the Role of Product Analyst:The Product Analyst at MoEngage is a part of the Product Team and works closely with the Product & Customer facing teams to deep dive into product related problems and present data driven insights for improving product performance, usage and aid in strategic decision making.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the ETL process and ensure accurate data is readily available
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to define and track product usage and product performance metrics
• Build, Automate, Evolve & Maintain the BI suite to cater to teams across the organization
• Keep the data pipelines efficient and evolving along with the Product
• Work closely with Product Managers and Directors to present data-backed actionable insights that would aid in tactical as well as strategic product decision making
• Conduct exploratory & deep dive analysis to identify gaps in product experience and recommend product improvements
• Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best PracticesMust Have:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • 2 to 4 years of Proven working experience as a Data analyst, Business analyst or Data Engineer
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python is a must
  • Must have hands on experience in Tableau, Superset, PowerBI (or similar BI tools)Good to have:
    • Experience setting up Data Pipelines & Automation for BI purposes is highly preferred
    • Experience with Athena SQL, Github
    • Experience working with Product team
    • Experience with Automation using Airflow
    • Working knowledge of AWS infra
