dynamic Marketing Automation & Platforms (MAP) team as a MarTech
Architect, where you'll play a critical role in shaping and
optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem. This position is
ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in MarTech
architecture, integrations, and infrastructure. This person will
need to build bridges between the business needs and technical
roadmap.In this role, you will serve as the business advocate and
expert advisor, ensuring that marketing technology investments
align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with IT and
marketing technologists to ensure scalable and high-performing
solutions.
- Act as the business advocate in conversations with IT, ensuring
that MarTech solutions meet business objectives, and drive
marketing effectiveness.
- Provide expert recommendations on MarTech vision, platform
selection, and integration best practices, ensuring seamless
alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing Technologist to translate business
requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for IT
teams.
- Partner with Marketing Technologists, IT, and Data teams to
ensure cross-channel integrations, enabling a seamless customer
experience while maintaining scalability, security, and
performance.
- Own and drive the MarTech architecture and roadmap. Complete
end-to-end testing and validation of new integrations to ensure
smooth deployment and functionality.
- Conduct technology audits and assessments, identifying
technical gaps and advising on MarTech solutions that drive
business value.
- Lead Martech integrations from a Merger & Acquisition point of
view.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging
technologies, advising on their potential impact and integration
into the marketing stack.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in system architecture,
compliance, and governance.Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing
Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech architecture, marketing
systems strategy, or marketing technology consulting.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM
systems, and Customer Data Platforms.
- Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystem best practices,
including data governance, cross-platform integrations,
personalization, and attribution models.
- Experience in evaluating MarTech vendors and selecting
platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage in
technical discussions with IT stakeholders, ensuring the best
solutions are selected and implemented to meet business needs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to engage
with marketing, IT, and data teams to align strategy and
execution.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and iterative
MarTech development.
- Passion for staying ahead of emerging MarTech trends and
innovations to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketing

Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency
contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a
significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay
equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of
base salary and variable incentive target for the career level
applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this
position is 168,800 - 385,500 USD. The actual amount to be offered
to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent
upon the key aspects of each case which may include education,
skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined
through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes
a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent
