Job Description:
Earn up to $10,500 per month (depending on experience) as a
Business Analyst at Venture Smarter, your trusted partner in
navigating the complex landscape of business growth and
transition.As a Business Analyst, you will analyze and optimize our
business processes, systems, and performance. You will work closely
with various departments and stakeholders to identify and
understand their needs and challenges and provide data-driven
solutions and recommendations. You will also design, develop, and
implement business intelligence tools and reports to support
decision-making and strategic planning.What the job entails:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as financial
reports, market research, customer feedback, and operational
metrics.
- Identify and define business problems and opportunities, and
propose solutions and improvements.
- Create and document business requirements, specifications, and
models, using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and
wireframes.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and testers to ensure
the delivery of quality products and services that meet the
business requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and reports,
such as dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations, using tools
such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Communicate and present complex data and findings to various
audiences, using clear and compelling language and visuals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the implemented
solutions and changes, and provide feedback and suggestions for
further improvement.Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field; master's degree or certification is a
plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data
analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or consulting
industry.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and
techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as
SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse
stakeholders and audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking
skills, with the ability to use data and logic to support decisions
and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative
environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, with a
customer-focused and results-oriented attitude.
