It makes ML/AI workloads easy and performant to run alongside traditional relational tabular workloads.Today's "Big Data" data tooling (Spark, Trino, Snowflake) was built for a world of tabular data analytics. They do not generalize well to the needs of modern ML/AI data workloads. As our Business Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while tackling a variety of ad hoc projects-from setting up budgets and managing vendor relationships to establishing operations for new initiatives. This role calls for a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee and refine operational processes, swiftly addressing issues as they arise.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Handle diverse tasks such as setting up operational budgets, building processes in new geographic locations, managing vendor contracts, and assisting with compliance.
• Process Optimization: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Financial & Strategic Support: Assist in financial planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics tracking; create reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 2-5+ years in business operations, finance, venture capital, consulting, or a related field. Experience in startups or tech is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Aptitude: Proficient in spreadsheet modeling; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Project Management: Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator who thrives working cross-functionally and building strong stakeholder relationships.
