Locations in USA, London, Dubai, and Shanghai.Position Summary:ABC Imaging is currently seeking an experienced Billing Assistant who can become an integral member of our team. Under the general direction of the assigned manager, the incumbent will provide assistance to various department heads.Note: EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL IS A MUSTRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Composes reports and correspondence containing decisions of the designated manager.
• Creates estimates using Excel.
• Writes job workflows in our job ticketing system.
• Updates workflows as they evolve and change.
• Prepares the final billing lines in our job ticketing system for invoicing.
• Works closely with the invoicing team to invoice jobs.
• Helps coordinate and track FedEx shipments.
• Provides proof of delivery once items are delivered.
• Helps coordinate printing jobs.
• Sorts and reads spreadsheets in Excel.
• Experience using both PC and Mac computers required.QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience using PC and Mac computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel is a must!
• Experience with job workflows.
• Experience coordinating projects.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
