Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join
our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our
Enterprise clients to implement our AI and Expert APIs, enabling
them to integrate our Expert-as-a-Service solutions into their
existing systems. You will play a crucial role in understanding
client needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a smooth
integration process.What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business
requirements and technical needs for API integration.
- Provide expert guidance on API standards and best practices to
ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of testing sandboxes for
clients to validate API functionality.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to identify areas of
opportunity for integration and optimization.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including API
specifications, integration guides, and user manuals.
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales
activities, including product demonstrations and technical
presentations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during
the integration process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging
technologies, and competitor offerings.What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical
role, preferably in API integration, B2B Enterprise Platforms or
B2B AI Platforms.
- Familiarity with programming languages (preferably Python and
C#).
- Strong understanding of API standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
and web services.
- Practical experience designing Generative AI solutions and
prompt engineering.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering and analysis, with a
keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proficient in creating clear and concise technical
documentation, technical blog posts, and whitepapers for public
consumption.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot
complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Ability to move fast in ambiguous situations and bias for
