lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs part of the Corporate
Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Sr. Financial Analyst will
be responsible for supporting the G&A organization. This
individual will develop financial analysis, design and prepare
financial plans and budgets, and communicate financial information
to various partners and Docusign leadership.This position is an
individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director,
FP&A.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with G&A org's Legal and HR departments to
develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Build deep business partner relationships across the
organization, establishing trust and gaining an understanding of
relevant business drivers
- Prepare and present analysis, forecasts, reports, and
recommendations to senior business and finance leaders to support
critical decision-making opportunities
- Provide insights into budget variances, financial performance,
and cost optimization opportunities.
- Own the month-end close processes (Accruals) with accounting
and corporate FP&A
- Run monthly close flash reporting and monthly expense
variances
- Develop robust financial models to streamline decision-making
and highlight key drivers of past, current and future business
performance
- Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes
inclusive of headcount and discretionary spend
- Create presentations, reports and dashboards to inform senior
leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide
guidance on near-term and long-term opportunities and risk
- Be results and service oriented and comfortable dealing with
ambiguity
- Undertake ad hoc strategic projectsJob DesignationHybrid:

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2

- BA or BS in business, finance, or accounting
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A with emphasis on reporting,
budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Office connect
- Experience with Adaptive and OraclePreferred:
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple
responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to help facilitate cross-functional collaboration and
communications
- Speed and accuracy in working with large data sets
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in identifying and implementing operational
improvements and efficiencies
- Ability to lead work initiatives with cross-functional
coordination with partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to
work well with partners at all levels of the organizationWage
TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors
including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation,
the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California:
$101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for
the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay
dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is
calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on
