Every member within a cross-functional team is a leader who takes responsibility for the entire team's success, which mirrors the company's overall low bureaucracy structure.What the job looks like:You'll be responsible for advocating for users every step of the way using human-centered design principles while leading research efforts to test if we're solving the right problem, building the right thing, and meeting real needs.

• Work with Agile Software Development team to build an enterprise scale data warehouse, business application software engineering, DevOps and Security engineering;
• Collaborate with teammates to build and maintain a Data Warehouse solution that is 100% automation of operations;
• Mob and pair with the Agile team to design, code, test, debug, deploy and document software.Why we want to hire you:You can design small pieces as you go, while still thinking about how they fit into the whole. • 5 years of experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery & Automation including Docker and Jenkins;
• 3 years of experience with AWS;
• 3 years of experience with creating infrastructure automation using Terraform;
• 2 years of experience with Linux networking, shell scripting and administration skills;
• 2 years of experience with automated testing;
• 1 year of experience with security, monitoring, and analysis tools using Splunk or SonarQube;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a computer-related field and 5 years of experience in Application Development;
• Able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.At Flexion, we live by these principles:
