- BizzyCar is looking for an energetic Senior Product Manager to
lead our AI and integrations initiatives. This role is critical in
strategizing, developing, and executing BizzyCar's product roadmap
and vision for our data-driven and messaging products. The Senior
Product Manager will deliver business value to both new and
existing customers by enhancing existing integrations and messaging
solutions that drive customer value.Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities,
incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders as
well as supporting data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software
development lifecycle to optimize and commercialize data solutions
and integrations.
- Ensure business requirements are documented and integrated into
product roadmaps and resulting products.
- Enhance data-driven products, improve customer experience, and
boost operational efficiency using Artificial Intelligence and
Machine Learning.
- Stay current on industry trends and develop innovative data and
integration solutions that challenge the status quo.
- Define and establish metrics for product planning and feature
releases to measure the success of new and established
features.Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience as a product owner or product
manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Extensive expertise in all levels of product life-cycle,
including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance
testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Proven track record of developing market-leading data products
and defining or owning a product area.
- Must have experience working with various types of data
sources, including creating customer value from those data
sources.
- Must have experience with API-driven integrations across
complex systems.
- Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and GenAI
across multi-modal messaging, SMS, chat and Voice.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to
assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and
deliver actionable business insights.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, manage trade offs, and
evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, driving consensus while
focusing on overarching business priorities.
- Experience working in a start-up environment, showing
adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
- Highly proactive, self-starter capable of managing multiple
projects effectively.
- Hands-on product management experience, demonstrating both
leadership and individual contributor skills.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to prioritize
and communicate effectively at team, executive, and company
levels.
- Automotive retail and manufacturing experience is a plus, with
additional consideration given to those with experience in car
dealerships and OEMs.
- Must be data-driven and have a customer-first orientation.
