Product Director - Enterprise AI/ML position, you will:
- Partner with researchers to bring cutting-edge Generative AI
research to Capital One.
- Evaluate, test, and develop proof-of-concepts for AI Safety
technologies including Guardrails, Content Moderation, Cyber
Security and Data Loss prevention.
- Collaborate with tech, design and data science to scale and
productionize AI Safety capabilities.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for our products and
research areas.
- Lead teams of product managers to drive exploration and
development of new products.We want you if you are:

and be a mentor in product development.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in digital product
managementPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies including Large
Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, Retrieval Augmented
Generation, LangChain, Guardrails, Agentic WorkflowsCapital One

annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $205,400 -
$234,400 for Director, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $226,000 -
$257,900 for Director, Product ManagementSan Francisco, CA:
$246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product ManagementCandidates
hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range
associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary
amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be
reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also
eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which
may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on
