    • Managing and mentoring a team which includes the Clinical Manager and other Department Managers/Supervisors.
    • Collaborating with other departments to align operational activities with business objectives.
    • Leading operational projects and change initiatives.
    • Ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link's core values.
    • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
    • Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
    • Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
    • Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.
    • Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.What Makes You Successful:
      • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
      • Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
